Such a blessing from the Lord

My name is Matthew and I am the son of brother Timothy and brother Ittai’s nephew. We are all sad when we heard that Uncle Ittai went to be with the Lord. It reminded me of all the times and moments that I had spent with him.

When I first knew him as a child I will always remember how he had such a radiant smile. I always wondered whether that was the secret to him looking so young.

As I grew up I then understood that it was actually because he was always one with the Lord. Every time I met him, he was always full of Christ and he would impart this to me. I will treasure the spiritual truths and encouragement he would give me. It is such a blessing from the Lord to have him as my Uncle. I will miss him dearly.  (Bro. Matthew Cheng, church in Melbourne)
